Congratulations! You made it! You convinced those who hold the technology purse strings in your organization that APIs are the future and, that to unlock the value of your business in an open distributed platform world, you need to do it at scale and trusting the API way. Now what? Now it’s time to prepare and protect your investment in an API solution by planning for true adoption and measuring the business outcomes.

In this session, you’ll learn:

  • Why the strategy and next steps to adopt this transformative technology are even more important than the initial purchase.
  • About CommonSpirit’s API management journey and how they are meeting challenges in digital healthcare with the API approach.
  • What API First really means and where teams need to focus and work in new ways to get the most out of API delivery.
  • How to gain adoption and ensure the promotion of meaningful KPIs for API delivery, adoption, performance, and business value.

Following our discussion of Commonspirit’s Health API journey, Shane Battier will engage in a Fireside Chat with our Axway moderators and answer YOUR questions in an open Q&A!
